About the Role
We're looking for a Senior AI/ML Engineer to design, build, and deploy machine learning models that power intelligent features across our client products. You'll work closely with product and engineering teams to ship AI solutions that create real business value.
Responsibilities
- 1Design and implement production ML pipelines for NLP, recommendation, and prediction use cases
- 2Collaborate with product teams to identify high-impact AI opportunities
- 3Build and maintain model training, evaluation, and deployment infrastructure
- 4Optimize model performance for latency, accuracy, and cost
- 5Mentor junior engineers and contribute to technical architecture decisions
Requirements
5+ years of experience in machine learning engineering
Strong proficiency in Python, PyTorch or TensorFlow
Experience deploying ML models to production at scale
Familiarity with LLMs, RAG architectures, and prompt engineering
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
